Who We Are

• PRESIDENT- James "Dean" Patterson
  -Dean was born & raised in Oklahoma but moved to NY in the summer of 1985.  He started Patterson Electrical Mechanical Company as a small business in 1996.  As the company continued to grow and gain a successful reputation, the business was able to obtain corporate status in April of 1999 and the name was changed to PEMCO Contracting Inc.
